Type of service required. Providing wireless Internet service at a speed of no less than 100 megabits. Providing Internet service via fiber. Optical speed at a speed of no less than 100 megabits. Participation requirements: The company must be licensed to practice the activity of providing Internet services inside Libya. Submit a technical proposal that includes the mechanism for providing the service, its specifications, ensuring service continuity, and the mechanism for technical support, maintenance, and response to faults. Submit a financial proposal. Independent of the technical proposal. Attach valid legal documents: commercial registry, license, tax payment certificate, etc., if available. Submitting bids. Offers are submitted in two separate technical and financial envelopes sealed with red wax, and are delivered to the bidding committee at the headquarters of the Services Support and Development Agency.
