Companies wishing to submit a review by the Procurement Committee at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, Abu Huraida, to obtain the specifications and conditions brochure for the advertisement, in exchange for paying the value of the brochure and its amount. 300 DL three hundred Libyan dinars only, in accordance with the provisions of Council of Ministers Resolution No. 600 of 2024 regarding issuing a list of administrative contracts. The articles of incorporation and basic systems are to be submitted in two separate, sealed envelopes as follows: the first envelope is the technical offer and the second envelope is the financial offer.
