The object of the advertised service is to ensure the effective killing of poultry and cloven-hoofed animals in all urban and rural districts in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg in the event of an outbreak of an animal disease by maintaining Sufficiently suitable and operational technical and personnel capacities (so-called reserve capacity in the reserve phase) as well as the implementation of the killing, pre-disinfection and disinfestation, and the provision of the animal carcasses to the City or district affected by the animal disease for the collection and relocation of the killing units from the site of operation to the respective so-called stand-by location in the so-called deployment phase by the contractor. One lot includes poultry livestock, the other lot includes cloven-hoofed livestock. Each lot has certain devices, including three decontamination locks, on one Maintain location in Baden-Württemberg.
