The main goal of the project is to examine aqueous samples as well as floating samples for their phosphonate content, especially from HEDP and PBTC.

With these analytical studies, the accompanying analysis required by Test Guideline (TG) to the experiments carried out at the Federal Environment Agency should be ensured almost simultaneously in accordance with OECD TG 211 "Daphnia Magna Reproduction Test" 11 (OECD, 2012).

For this purpose, the analysis laboratory on the one hand aqueous samples made from standard tests according to OECD TG 211 and on the other hand are made available to particle samples and aqueous samples from experiments with particle prensions based on the testing mentioned. In the test design with floating particles, an analysis separated according to liquid and firm phase is planned. In addition, suitable preliminary tests for the load efficiency of the particles with the test substances HEDP or PBTC and to load stability must be carried out.
