The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Algeria is launching a call for expressions of interest for the recruitment of a consultancy firm for the development of an action plan for the operational implementation of the National Strategy for Digital Transformation (SNTN), as well as a monitoring and evaluation systemThe Immediate Support for the National Digital Transformation Strategy project implemented by the UNDP aims to provide immediate support to the High Commission for Digitalization (HCN) in order to translate the SNTN into operational instruments: A national action plan for the implementation of the pillars of the SNTN; A monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework with indicators (KPI), collection tools and digital dashboards, in order to support the decision and accountability.
