The services provided for this contract include (i) the documentary review of all the documents necessary for the good understanding of the mission; (ii) the rapprochement between the payment flows declared by the mineral industries and the income declared by financial agencies or other state institutions; (iii) the development of a conciliation table, highlighting the deviations from the reconciliation of data and trying to rationalize them by using if necessary for the corrective declarations referred to in the competent authority of the declarant entities; (iv) the formulation of recommendations aimed at improving the collection and conciliation of payments made by companies and revenues collected by financial agencies or other state institutions; (v) the production of a provisional report to the steering committee to collect its observations, remarks and amendments; (VI) the production of a final report after incorporating observations, for the POINTING Committee of the EITIE-TOGO for validation; (VII) Explicitly bring out the impact of the mining on employment, the environment ...
