The Government of the Republic of Togo has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the construction of 20, 000 affordable costs. It is planned to use part of the envelope to finance the contract of a firm for the realization of studies of access roads, structuring roads and various networks of the project to develop the Kpomé site with an area From 1, 177 hectares intended to receive the construction project for 20, 000 housing unacceptable cost.
