AMI - TOGO - Accounting and financial audit and the seasles of the Lomé -Cotonou road rehabilitation project (phase 2) and coastal protection; Exercises 2024 and closing (January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025)


The services provided for this contract include: (i) verification of the quality of the established accounting documents as well as the expenses made; (ii) control of the internal control system by identifying anomalies and weaknesses; (iii) the evaluation of the degree of compliance of the financial statements to the financial commitments contained in the loan/donation (donor and national resources affected) agreements; (iv) the formulation of opinion on the financial statements of the project; (V) Control of the conformity and regularity of the acquisition procedures implemented for the acquisitions carried out within the framework of the project according to the national contract for markets and submitted to the postteriori review. The audit of each exercise is 30 calendar days per exercise. The start of services relating to the audit for the 2024 fiscal year is scheduled for January 2025.
