Tender Details

The mission will consist of the realization of: (i) the identification and consultation of all the ministerial departments of local stakeholders as well as the populations concerned by water resources to bring out the perceptions and practices, needs and expectations of the various users water resources compared to the Gire; (ii) the proposal for a concerted approach with a view to having coordinated and harmonized interventions at the levels of the different sectors; (iii) the preparation of water resource management management guidelines (SDAGRE) for each of the six regions; (iv) the definition of the roles of each ministry concerned based on the types of withdrawal or spill made; (v) the proposal of awareness -raising and capacity building tools for actors relating to the management of the sectoral water values for food, water for productive uses and integrated water resources and integration of the integration of Adaptation measures and strengthening of resilience to climate change; (VI) The proposal for a simulation between sources of funding and costs of ...
