Tender Details

The Republic of Djibouti obtained a donation from the African Development Bank (BAD) group in order to cover the cost of the Ethiopie-Djibouti, phase I and intention to use part of the sums granted for the donation to finance the contract of an individual consultant, administrative and financial manager (RAF) whose missions will consist in supporting the project execution unit (CEP) in the overall management of activities and the supervision of the 'Development of technical studies of the road sections and the design studies of the Guallilé border post as well as capacity building and the transfer of knowledge within the various departments of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Equipment (MIE) as required by the project.
