The services provided for these activities will consist of: (i) assess the level of efficiency and the quality of implementation of the project with regard to the indicators of expected products, (ii) measure the results, the effects and the socio-economic impact of the achievements and other activities on the life of the populations affected by the project and on the environment. The services provided for this contract include: Analysis of the relevance of actions, the level of involvement and the degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries; identification and analysis of the significant changes that the project has made/introduced in the improvement of the living conditions of the beneficiaries in terms of real difference that the intervention was able to bring to the beneficiaries and analysis of any significant change not provided for at the start but attributable to the project; Real impacts of the project on the living conditions of the beneficiary populations and on the environment while identifying the constraints encountered and the success factors); indication for each expected result (effects and products) which was obtained from what was planned in the CAD ...
