Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for the medicines that appear in the individual sub-contracts below, with a view to supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with medicines as well as possible resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicines to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price with a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without obligation to purchase, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros' framework agreements. Tender number 1 The tender number (subcontract) includes the following medicines: ATC Code: J05AR20 · Generic name: Emtricitabine, tenofovir alafenamide and bictegravir · Dispensing form: Tablets/capsules · Strength: 30 + 120 + 15 mg · Unit value: 1 tabl · Quantity in units: 999. Each tender number is considered an independent partial contract and is offered independently of the other tender numbers. A supplier can thus choose to make an offer for one, several or all tender numbers, and allocation is made separately for each tender number. A supplier can thus be awarded one, several or all partial contracts. Reference is made to the tender conditions, including the submission of tenders under the individual tender numbers. Under the designation “quantity i units" above, an estimated consumption of the medicines is given under the tender number, but the real consumption can differ significantly from there.
