Tender Details

The subject of the single-phase open space planning competition for the Altona Innovation Park is the design of the green space and the adjacent open spaces based on the existing functional plan for the planning area future innovation park Altona. It is a declared goal to combine the current issues of urban development (including adaptation to climate change, ensuring sustainable mobility, reducing surface sealing) with the area and Reconcile usage requirements. The aim is a conceptually convincing open space planning concept that takes into account the different needs of user groups as well as important issues associated with climate change, creates high-quality lounge areas and creates sensible path connections. For the competition and further planning, pre-conceived height designs with targeted storage areas and emergency waterways (particularly in the Green Center) are required to specify the volume requirements listed; Likewise, the specified volume requirements in a high-resolution digital elevation/terrain model (DGM) are used as a basis for further model calculations by Hamburg Wasser when developing the to concretize the open space plan after the competition.
