Starting situation/ planning framework
The Parkeck Schnepfenhain is located in the renovation area of the monument area Alsfeld and lively centers in the support area (urban development funding). It should be integrated, greened and climatically upgraded in terms of urban planning. For this purpose, the Geissler architecture firm was commissioned to develop various planning variants. As a result, the planning variant P 05 was selected for further creation.
