Starting situation/ planning framework
The Parkeck Schnepfenhain is located in the Reduction Display area Alsfeld and in the support area Lively centers (urban development funding). It should be integrated, greened and climatically upgraded in terms of urban planning. For this purpose, the Geissler architecture firm was commissioned to develop various planning variants. As a result, the planning variant P 05 was for further processing selected.
A "backdrop" is proposed as a spatial version at Samuel Spier Gasse. The suitability as a climbing scaffolding should be static and specifically developed requirements for the construction.
The Parkeck eG is reorganized and with a bicycle station, charging options for pedelecs and E-automobiles equipped. In the middle area, a roof is planned, which is to be equipped with a green roof or alternatively with a photovoltaic system. The underground parking access and the staircase access from Samuel Spier Gasse should also receive a green roof as a roof.
With The Geissler office, Alsfeld, was commissioned to plan the property.
