Following the successful pilot of the ALP AI Chatbot system, “ALP Coach”, in Tanzania, IFC now seeks to rapidly scale this proven model across multiple countries through a competitive procurement process. The strategic direction for this expansion program is now to: Achieve substantial scaling across program geographies which include: Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Francophone West Africa, and Vietnam. Although not covered in this scope of work, after 12 months, future expansion is also anticipated in India, Nigeria and Jordan.Integrate content for key target groups (Producer Organizations and Lead Farmers).Build communication channels via Telegram and WhatsApp to ensure maximum reach and reliability across operational markets.
