On the basis of Section 5 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 1 of the Lower Saxony Emergency Services Act (hereinafter "NRettDG"), the city of Salzgitter intends to issue a service contract for the implementation of emergency services (emergency transport, qualified Patient transport and components of the extended rescue service) as well as the partial provision/maintenance of the rescue station required for this purpose and the provision of the vehicles required for this purpose. The implementation of emergency transports is awarded using emergency ambulances (NKTW), qualified patient transport using ambulances (KTW) and components of the extended rescue service. Allocation of rescue services The city of Salzgitter (hereinafter: According to Section 3 Paragraph 1 No. 2 NRettDG, the “task carrier”) is responsible for the ground-based rescue service.
