AK Bad König - planning services for partial renovation of OG2-4 Planning services - partial renovation of OG2 and OG3 (ORTEGA ward) as well as OG4 (examination and treatment rooms) Awarding of planning services (LP 3-9 according to HOAI 2021) for the partial renovation of a Hospital during ongoing operations: property planning (§ 34 HOAI), specialist planning TGA heating/ventilation/sanitary/medical gases (§ 55 HOAI) as well as specialist planning TGA electrical engineering/MSR (§ 55 HOAI). The three services are only awarded as a complete package. Commissioning takes place in stages. Binding cost framework: EUR 7.4 million gross (KG 300-600, DIN 276).
