Tenders are invited for Airtimes (Scratch Cards/Credit).

Jhpiego is an international non-profit organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland USA. For more than 40 years and in over 155 countries, Jhpiego has been a global leader in improving health care in developing countries and trains health professionals to prevent the needless deaths of women and their families. Jhpiego has been working in Liberia since 2008.

Winning vendor (s) will have a one-year framework agreement with Jhpiego Liberia to supply/ provide the goods or services as demanded. Hence all eligible bidders are invited to participate in the bid and send their offer for the above stated items.
Eligible bidders must have:
a. Valid Business registration
b. Valid Tax clearance
c. More than 2 years’ experience in the business
d. Experience in working with an international NGOs or company.
All bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documentation including technical requirement or specifications of the above mentioned categories from Jhpiego Office in Monrovia, UN Drive, Opp. Rock Compound, Mamba Point. Tel: +231 779-000-832 until August 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm.

Bidders should submit technical and commercial offer in separate envelopes.

Bidders should submit their technical proposal accompanied by copies of all appropriate certified document under eligibility requirement, company profile and business registration in a sealed and stamped envelope at the same address on or before August 23, 2018 at 2:00 pm.

Bids submission after the deadline will not be allowed.

Jhpiego Liberia reserve the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.

It is mandatory to give Unit Price and Total Price before GST.
