UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Air Travel ServicesTo achieve cost efficiency from economies of scale whilst ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNICEF seeks to enter into a Framework agreement with Travel Agencies to serve all its travel needs and service requirements in Somalia and negotiation of working system and subsequent cost savings.Travel, as referred to in this TOR, shall apply to all movements or journeys of UNICEF employees, consultants, experts, guests and participants in programmatic activities (referred herein below as UNICEF travelers) from one place to another. UNICEF is looking to contract additional eligible service providers to ensure constant, efficient service provision tomeet the multiple demands.
