New construction of a modular relief building Specialist planning for technical equipment in accordance with Section 53 HOAI, system group 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 On the state-owned property at Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße 143 in 14469 Potsdam, which is economically owned by the state of Brandenburg, represented by the Brandenburg State Office for Real Estate and Building, the construction of a new administration building is planned. This new building, the future house 42 (a+b), is to accommodate the additional administrative space required of the Eiche Police Headquarters. Various service areas that are already located on the property will be accommodated there. There is no valid development plan for the property, but the property is located in the so-called narrower buffer zone of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, due to the spatial proximity to the Lindstedt Palace Gardens and the Klausberg as part of the Sanssouci Palace Park. The proposed construction site is currently being used as a parking area and is now located on a new site developing area on the property. The findings from target planning from 2019 regarding the cubature and location of the building are now to be implemented. The new building should have a total length of 75 - 90m and a width of approx. 12 - 15m and have a maximum of three floors in order to integrate into the surrounding development.
