Tender Details

The purpose of this tender is to procure licenses for a managed service for providing AI inference via confidential computing. The managed service to be commissioned enables the client to securely use AI models Process sensitive data in a trusted, hardware-assisted execution environment (Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). The solution is needed to accelerate the scaling of AI in public administration. The Inference performance should be connected to the AI ​​platform via standard interfaces (APIs), enable end-to-end encryption and offer the option to verify this encryption at any time (remote attestation). The goal is that Protect data during processing (data-in-use) by cryptographically and technically securing the confidentiality and integrity of workloads so that the managed service provider, the cloud administrator or the host operating system layer demonstrably does not have unencrypted access to the workload data or code within the TEE.
