Lots: Gasoline for spark ignition engines - The sold gasoline of grade AI - 92 must correspond to the specified grade and meet the safety (quality) requirements established in the technical regulations Gasoline Safety Requirements, diesel fuel and fuel oil approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 01.03.2010. No. 153 and TU 38.001165-2003, GOST 32513-2013. The coupons are valid until February 28, 2027. The Customer, if necessary (in case of delivery by the Supplier of poor quality product or non-compliance with technical specifications) has the right to conduct laboratory tests of gasoline for compliance with the specified requirements. All costs associated with conducting laboratory tests for quality are borne by the Supplier, samples for research is taken from gas stations. The Supplier, at the request of the Customer, on a commission with the participation of representatives of the parties. The supplier's gas stations must comply with all sanitary, fire and other standards. The Supplier must ensure that the Customer's vehicles are refueled according to coupons of 10 and 20 liters. The Customer receives goods in the form of coupons in the amount corresponding to the terms of the Agreement. The Supplier is obliged to refuel the Customer's vehicles immediately, out of turn, at any time of the day at the Supplier's gas station. Coupons must be protected from counterfeiting. Availability of gas stations near the customer-s location: Karaganda region, Abay district, Topar village.
