ALT350_BA02a Civil engineering work Wallgarten ALT350_BA02a Civil engineering work Wallgarten Details see below (LOT-0001) Relocation and reorganization of the supply and disposal lines that were provisionally installed after the flood in 2021 in the area “Im Wallgarten / Ahrpromenade” as a prerequisite for the implementation of the water restoration of the Ahr. - Construction of a new, bundled infrastructure route with a length of approx. 270 m. - New laying of a local gas pipeline DN 250 PE and a gas transport pipeline DN 225 PE, a drinking water transport pipe DN 225 PE as well as additional media and empty pipe systems. - Reorganization of the wastewater infrastructure with rainwater sewer DN 200, waste water collector DN 500 and wastewater pressure pipe DN 160 PE. - Adaptation of the existing ones House connections and dismantling of the existing temporary pipes and a waste water collector made of asbestos cement. - Construction of an angle retaining wall to protect the newly laid infrastructure against the planned hydraulic engineering measures. - Execution in several construction phases with sectional enclosures to ensure supply and disposal during the construction period.
