The objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of food safety and self -sufficiency through relevant interventions targeting upstream and downstream of the sector in an emergency context. These actions aim to secure cereal supply, to improve cereal production and productivity, rehabilitate and modernize storage capacities and support cereal transport by rail, in order to promote the inclusion and resilience of the cereal sector facing external shocks and climate change.
