Tender Details

The objective of the project is to strengthen the institutional and organizational environment of public finance management through the increased mobilization of tax revenues and the promotion of the efficiency of public expenditure. Specifically, the project aims to: (i) improve the mobilization and security of tax revenue; (ii) limit budgetary risks through control and control of budgetary execution; (iii) systematize audit practices and internal and external checks; (iv) fight against corruption and illicit financial flows; In other words (v) contribute to the development and consolidation of national public finance management, management and communication management capacities by emphasizing human resources enhancement and modernization and upgrading of tools work.
