Expression of Interest are invited for Advocate for Stakeholders Engagement on Eastern and Southern Africa Ministerial Commitment

It is expected that the meetings will have.
- discussed the issues affecting the AYP in the region country and state.
- updated state-level stakeholders from Education, Health, Gender and Youth on the
issues and process leading up to the renewed ESA Commitment (2021-2030)
- create awareness and bring attention to the need for scaling up comprehensive
sexuality education and youth friendly SRHR services for adolescents and young
people and
- create opportunities to secure more strategic partnerships.
4. Duration of the response
From 15
th March to 30th July 2024.
5. Criteria of the contractor
The following are the required qualifications of the prospective organization:
i. Must be legally registered and authorized to operate in South Sudan.
ii. Must have experience in working with youth, persons with disabilities community
development, and SRHR.
iii. Should have vast experience in delivering community engagement on various
topics relating to HIV, SRHR, GBV, and community engagement with communities,
particularly in the targeted area.
iv. Established operations in locations with at least 3 years of experience in delivering
similar projects.
v. Evidence illustrating that have engaged with political leadership and stakeholders
on similar issues about SRH issues
6. Application Process
- A technical proposal detailing the applicant's understanding of ToRs, the proposed
methodology and the applicant-s key member-s CV.
- A financial proposal should be included in the submission
