Service content: The contractor provides on-demand consulting and support services based on a framework agreement in the following areas: - Travel expense management - Document management system (DMS) - Digital signature (eSignature) The services include in detail: Analysis and validation of the digitalization concept, in-depth requirements analysis, process optimization, market analysis and market exploration, evaluation of available solutions, development of a procurement strategy, support with the service description for software procurement, support of the procurement process for software procurement, technical support of the implementation including project management and quality assurance as well as support of the training and stabilization phase.
