Tender Details

The City of Turku's corporate administration procurement services is requesting offers for advertising agency services to be procured for the use of the City of Turku, Business Turku, Turku 2029 Foundation and Visit Turku Archipelago for the period 1 February 2027 (target) - 31 January 2029, after which the contract can be extended by the Customer's decision under the original conditions with one (1) option of a maximum of two (2) years. The Turku 2029 foundation's 800th anniversary celebration is included here as an option. The procurement is divided into two (2) different areas. Descriptions of sub-areas is presented in appendix 1 of the request for tender. Sub-area 1 has a maximum of four (4) Suppliers. Sub-area 2 has a maximum of two (2) Suppliers. The anticipated value of the procurement for the contract period, including the option period, is approximately EUR 3.2 million (VAT 0%). The maximum value of the framework arrangement for the entire contract period, including the option period, is EUR 4.2 million (VAT 0%). The framework arrangement is not used after this maximum value is reached.
