Tender Details

The subject of the order is a service consisting in organizing and conducting water exercise classes in an indoor swimming pool as part of the Active Seniors program, addressed to people over 60 years of age. The scope of the service includes conducting regular classes recreational and physical activities in the aquatic environment (e.g. aqua aerobics, water gymnastics, exercises to improve the spine and joints) for groups of up to 25 people. A maximum of 250 classes are planned, each lasting 45 minutes (flexible classes with an instructor), 20 minutes recreation and 10 minutes of technical time for changing. The program will be implemented on a given day if at least 10 people come to one class (if at least 10 people do not come to the class on a given day, the class will not take place si). Classes are held from Monday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (times given are only suggestions and may change depending on facility availability).
