Tenders are invited for Active Medications and Laboratory Chemical Diagnostic Materials.

The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that worked throughout the 15 Counties; The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate and promote at all time all forms of humanitarian activities. Red Cross National Societies with a view to preventing and alleviating human suffering and thereby contributing to the maintenance and promotion of peace and development in the world.

The Liberia National Red Cross Society invites all interested bidders for the selection of preferred Vendor to supply / provide;
? Active medication / Drug
? Laboratory chemical diagnostic materials.

The Vendor must meet the following minimum requirements.

a. Must be an established pharmaceutical company.

b. Must be capable of providing the required medications / Drugs.

c. Must be registered with the Liberia board of pharmacy.

The winning vendor (s) will have a one-year framework agreement with Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) to supply/ provide the pharmaceuticals items as demanded. Hence all eligible bidders are invited to participate in the bid and send their offer for the above stated items.

1. Bidding will be conducted on the National Comparative Bidding (NCB) Procedures specified in the PPCC Act.

2. Qualification requirement include:

Past performance report- including the names and contact number of at least three clients. Organizations institutions as documentary evidence of bidders capacity to perform, guarantee schedule of delivery.
Eligible bidders must have:
? Business registration Certificate

? Valid task clearance Certificate.
? Have more than 2 years’ experience in drugs supply management.
? Experience in working with international NGOs or Companies
All bidders can obtain a completes set of bidding documentation including suppliers/service registration forms and require specification from the Liberia National Red Cross Society Office, 107 Lynch Street, Monrovia, Liberia.

For your information, Interested vendor(s) will paid the amount of three united states dollars ($ 3 USD ) for both the suppliers registration forms and the require specification packages. Conditions for Submitting Offers:

Bidder should submit technical proposal and commercial offer in one envelope

Your proposal completes in all respects and delivers to Red Cross Office in a SEALED ENVELOPE latest by the 25th of November 2018 at 16:00 hrs (Liberia Local Time) to the following address: Bids submission after the deadline will not be allowed. LNRCS reserve the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. It is mandatory to give Unit Price and Total Price before GST
