"Actions increasing the level of cybersecurity of the Hospital - Purchase and implementation of an EDR class security system" The subject of the order is the supply of assortment defined in accordance with Art. 2 points 12-13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019/881 of 17 April 2019 on ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) and cybersecurity certification in the field of information and communications technologies and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (Act cybersecurity): •ICT product means an element or group of elements of a network or information systems, •ICT service means a service consisting wholly or mainly in transmitting, storing, retrieving or processing information via networks and IT systems, and •ICT process means a set of activities performed to design, develop, deliver or maintain ICT products or ICT services, i.e. Purchase and implementation of an EDR class security system. Subject of the order also includes on-the-job training remotely and at the Ordering Party's headquarters for administrators designated by the Ordering Party in the field of the EDR class security system, as well as support and technical service for 36 days months. The software provided should be brand new, complete and unused. The subject of the order must be free from legal and physical defects.
