Technical characteristics, scope and technology of application in accordance with RD 153-34.1-40.504-00 Guidelines for optimal protection of storage tanks from corrosion and the water in them from aeration. 1) The sealant is a structured viscous fluid containing rubber-like polymers stabilized by antioxidant additives. The sealant must be insoluble in water and non-toxic. The sealant must have a low specific density, high gas-tight and create a permanently floating layer on the surface of the mirror of deaerated hot water, protecting against aeration, and form a self-healing anti-corrosion layer on the walls of the tank. 2) The sealant is designed to protect tanks with water temperature up to 95 0C. 3) Technical characteristics: Sealing liquid AG-4I, Appearance and color: viscous-mobile liquid from dark yellow to brown. Odor: faint odor of mineral oil. Uniformity of composition: homogeneous, without lumps and clots. Density at 20°C, kg/m3, no more: 850-920. Content of water-soluble acids and alkalis, %: none.
