The tender file can be withdrawn during working hours at the Directorate of General Services and Heritage / Sub-Directorate of Public Procurement of the Urban Community of Douala located at the municipal road of Bonanjo on the second floor of the NSIA building, on presentation of a receipt of payment of a non-refundable sum of seventy-five thousand (75, 000) FCFAfor the purchase costs of the file, in the Special CAS - ARMP Account n ° 33598800001-89 opened for this purpose by the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP), with the BICEC agencies of the administrative centers of the Regions of Cameroon and agencies in Dschang and Limbe during working hours.
