Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Three (03) Tractors and Their Accessories and Three (03) Combine Harvesters
The qualification requirements are:
a) Experience
The tenderer must provide at least three (03) contracts for the supply of agricultural equipment (tractors, combine harvesters, motor mowers) for an amount of at least three hundred and twenty million francs CFA (320, 000, 000 F.CFA) over the past ten years (from 2012 to 2021) with the certificates of good performance provided by the project owners;
b) Financial capacity
The tenderer must have:
@ financial statements certified by a chartered accountant approved by ONECCA (National Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants) or a similar body for the last three (03) financial years (2019; 2020 and 2021);
@ access to financing certified by financial institutions such as liquid assets, lines of credit, other than the start-up advance, up to one hundred and sixty million CFA francs (160, 000, 000 FCFA)
