Acquisition of snapshot service The object of this procurement is the production of a service-based information system (traffic snapshot service). The goal of the procurement is to implement a service for the internal use of the city of Helsinki, the purpose of which is to visualize relevant real-time traffic data (FCD, Floating Car Data) for users to view. With the help of the procured service, an up-to-date situational picture of the flow of traffic is formed. In addition to this, the service is intended also presents other traffic-related data sources and produces data-based stimuli.
