Acquisition of a regional city bike system
The city bike service that is the subject of procurement includes the delivery and maintenance of the overall service during the contract period. For the service to be procured includes, in addition to the delivery of city bikes and station structures, their maintenance and upkeep, moving bikes from one station to another, moving bikes and possible station structures to storage and storage in the months when the city bike service is not in use, IT system and customer service throughout the contract period. The procured service must be delivered to the Customer tested and ready for use.
It is a framework arrangement concluded with one Supplier, which is valid for four (4) years. The city of Tampere concludes and concludes the agreement on the framework arrangement on behalf of the municipality of Pirkkala with the chosen supplier. During the duration of the framework arrangement, it is possible for the city of Tampere and the municipality of Pirkkala to decide and conclude their own procurement contracts for the introduction of the city bicycle service with the selected supplier in accordance with the conditions presented in connection with this tender. If to Tampere the city does not make a procurement decision on the introduction of the city bicycle service, nor can the municipality of Pirkkala take advantage of the framework arrangement in question.
