Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Office Supplies and Stationery for the Benefit of the Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi-Ouzou

It is structured in two (02) lots, namely:
Lot n°1: Office supplies
Lot n°2: Stationery

The documents required for the technical and financial offers and the application file are:
A/ Application file:

ü Declaration of candidacy duly filled in, signed, dated and stamped.
ü Declaration of honesty duly completed, signed, dated and stamped.
ü Copy of the statutes of the company.
ü Copy of the commercial register.
ü Copy of tax identification.
ü Number and domiciliation of the bank account.
ü Copy of the excerpt from the audited role or with a schedule and dated less than one month from the date of submission.
ü Copy of the Certificate of update issued by CASNOS and CNAS
ü copy of the criminal record dating from less than three months on the date of submission.
ü Certificate of legal deposit of social accounts for commercial companies endowed with legal personality under Algerian law
