Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Office Furniture and Other Logistics of Central Services at the Ministry of Higher Education in Emergency Procedure.

The services of this contract include the acquisition of the following office furniture and other logistics:
Supply of ten (10) steering chairs with armrest and adjustment lever in high-end imitation leather on rotating wheels; wooden base;
Supply of 25 Rotating Wheelchairs for frames with headrest and breathable backrest;
Restoration of 65 seats in meeting room 1036/MINESUP;
Restoration of the conference table in meeting room 1036/MINESUP;
Supply of one (01) desk for Director in glued laminated timber (ayous or landa); glossy finish;
Supply of ten (10) wooden chair chairs (sapeli or iroko) for visitor with backrest and seat in high-end imitation leather;
Supply of six (06) 32" plasma screen digital TVs with remote control and indoor antenna + wall mount;
Supply of thirty (30) offices for Secretaries in solid wood (sapeli or iroko); glossy finish;
Supply and installation of 450m2 / landing of carpets of orient fireproof brown color;
Supply and installation of sixteen (16) wireless mobile FM microphones with control device;
Supply and installation of four (04) wireless fixed FM microphones for conference table, control device with stand;

Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents, a bid guarantee established by a first-class banking institution or a financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance, the list of which appears in Exhibit 12 of the DAO in the amount of 1, 600, 000 (One million six hundred thousand) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for validity of the offers.
