Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Office Furniture at the National School of Public Works in Yaoundé .Finance: Public Investment Budget of the Mintp Exercise 2024

The file can be obtained from the Secretariat of the Project Owner at the ENSTP of Yaoundé, BP 510 Yaoundé, Telephone 222 23 09 44, Fax 222 22 18 16 upon publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of 50 000 (Fifty thousand) FCFA in account no. 335 988 60001-94 in one of the BICEC agencies.

Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid deposit in an amount distributed as follows:
- Lot 1: 240, 000 (two hundred and forty thousand) CFA Francs;
- Lot 2: 260, 000 (two hundred and sixty thousand) CFA Francs.
All established by a first-rate bank or a financial institution approved by the ministry responsible for finance and listed in the documents of the DAO, valid for 30 (thirty) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
The other required administrative documents must be produced in originals or certified true copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Governor, Prefect, Sub-prefect), in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Regulations of the Call for Tenders.
They must date from less than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of offers or have been established after the date of signature of the Call for Tenders.
Any offer that does not comply with the requirements of this notice and the Tender Documents will be declared inadmissible.
