Consistency of the services
The purpose of this consultation is to select the firms to assist the Department of Planning, Maintenance of the Electrical Network, Computer Hardware, Electronics and Digital Equipment (DAEREI) and more specifically by the Computer, Digital and Electronic Sub-Department (SDINE). ) in the actions that should lead the CUD institution to computerization.
The actions to be carried out are:
Acquisition, deployment and configuration of fleet management software and computer network;
Acquisition, deployment and configuration of computer equipment;

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION
The firm will provide the following services:
Lot 1 : Supply and configuration of management services and software.
This will include the provision (or purchase of licenses), deployment, configuration and training for use or administration:
Software company management of this park of the computer network of the CUD
The design, configuration and creation of the Common Environment;
Lot 2 : Supply and configuration of IT equipment.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The qualification criteria are as follows:
To be a company or a group of companies of Computer Networks and or Telecommunications installed in Cameroon;
Justify administrative, technical and financial capacities required, and in particular:
Submit an administrative file in accordance with the specifications of public procurement in Cameroon;
Have proven experience in the field of Computer Networks and or Telecommunications;
Arrange or commit to recruit the necessary staff for the services to be performed;
Present a financial capacity to cover the costs of the services to be performed.
MINIMUM THRESHOLD
Senior Personnel - Engineers (System and Network) and Permanent Technicians over 15
3 projects carrying out computer network work in the last three years with reference to a minimum amount of:
• LOT 1: CFAF 50 million each;
• LOT 2: CFAF 120 million each;
To be validated, each reference in service must be justified by the following elements:
• The copy of the extract of each contract containing the first page of the contract, the pages of the estimate and the signature page of the relevant registered market.
These documents must be clear and legible; clearly indicating the name of the Client and the place of execution of the project, or;
• The copy of the final acceptance report or the certificate of performance issued by the Contracting Authority;
• Authorization to enter the Owner specified for the verification of information relating to the reference concerned.
