Tenders are invited for Acquisition, Installation of Hydro meteorological Equipment (Radar Station and Network of Pluvigraphs) and User Training (Anacim and Dgpre)

Each Candidate must meet the following qualification
criteria : • fulfill the eligibility criteria for the award of contracts financed by AFD relating to nationality, absence of conflict of interest; eligibility for AFD financing
• do not record a history of non-performance of the contract;
• provide the financial situation and performance by submitting audited balance sheets for the last 3 (three) years (2018, 2019 and 2020) demonstrating the solvency of the Bidder;
• Have an average annual turnover of at least eight hundred million CFA francs (800, 000, 000 CFA francs), corresponding to one million two hundred and twenty thousand euros (€ 1, 220, 000); calculated as follows: the total of mandated payments received for contracts in progress and / or completed during the last 5 years divided by 5
