Financial capacity: the candidate must provide written proof that he meets the following requirements:

§ Mandate or authorization of the manufacturer;
§ The proposed equipment must correspond to a range of professional equipment and be accompanied by a catalogue;
§ The tenderer must prove the availability, at the deadline for submission of Tenders, of an after-sales service and spare parts established in the sub-region for at least 12 months, for the Supplies proposed in the Tender;
§ The Candidate must prove, with supporting documentation, that the equipment and materials it offers have been marketed in at least one (1) country other than that of the manufacturer, with service conditions (climate in particular) similar to those prevailing in Togo and that these materials and equipment have been operating satisfactorily for at least three years;
§ Prove with supporting documents that the materials and equipment to be delivered comply with CE standards;
§ Have completed at least two (2) similar contracts over the last ten (10) years, starting in 2011 (to be proven by certificates of successful completion issued by the public administration or an international NGO ) and with a minimum value for each contract of: 50, 000, 000 FCFA
