The scope of the project is to develop a unique Virtual Campus and UPGRADED VCDA that will aggregate Bank wide learning and capacity development activities for greater Bank streamlining of its CD processes and actions, including improving efficiency of these efforts and better accounting for impact. More specifically, the project will entail the following: Acquisition, configuration and deployment of a Virtual Campus with a robust Learning Management System (LMS). Integration and operationalization within the Bank-s existing and upgraded VCDA will bring the below benefits.
