General Procurement Notice for acquisition of goods, works and related services and consultancy services for Regional Soil Fertility Mapping and Management Project in Mali - 6 Components.

The Government of Mali has obtained funding in the amount of $1.5 million in the form of a loan from the Islamic Development Bank to finance the Regional Soil Fertility Mapping Program in Mali and elsewhere. intends to use a portion of this funding to make payments for the acquisition of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the IDB and the State of Mali, respectively 82% on a loan from the IDB and 18% supported by the State of Mali.

The project includes 6 components, namely:

Component A - Mapping of main soil properties, yield potential, soil nutrients;

Component B - Soil sampling and analysis;

Component C - Crop response curve tests to fertilizers;

Component D - Capacity building and training;

Component E - Support for project management and coordination; And

Component F: Audit

Procurement of consulting services will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (2019 edition revised in February 2023).
