You are invited to submit your best price offer and best delivery conditions to UNESCO for the equipment described in each of the lots below. Lot 1: office furniture and accessories Lot 2: Equipment and accessories The tenderer's offer must contain the documents Following: The legal company registration certificate Appendix I: Financial supply table L'Anoduce II: TECHNICAL OFFER TABLE with technical and images sheets specifying the model and mark of the article proposed Annex III: Similar experience table (goods or services Similar) The full, signed and sealed offer must be sent to the email address: dakar.rfq@unesco.org at the latest on July 16, 2025, 15.00 GMT, Bissau time. NB: The offers that will be sent outside this email address will not be taken into account in the evaluation. THE 02 lots are separate and will be assessed independently. UNESCO reserves the right to award one or 02 lots to the same tenderer. The latter must meet the requirements for each batch and demonstrate its ability to provide all the materials specified in the lots and this in the deadline fixed.
