Its specific objectives are: (i) ensuring sustainable and equitable access to drinking water and sanitation services; (ii) strengthen the resilience and adaptation capacities of vulnerable populations to the impacts of climate change on water resources; (iii) increase the income of men, women and young people through the development of income-generating activities (IGA); (iv) strengthen social cohesion to enable better living together and (v) strengthen the capacities of technical services.
