Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Equipment of the Campo Fete Room in the Town of Campo, Region from South
This invitation cannot be transferred to another Company. Selected companies can obtain a complete tender file in French upon presentation of a cash payment receipt, non-refundable to the municipal revenue of the Commune of Campo of twenty-five thousand (25, 000) CFA Francs, equivalent to approximately one hundred and twenty-two (38.19) Euros. This amount will be increased, where applicable, by the shipping costs by Express mail from the DAO, of five thousand (5, 000) CFA Francs, or approximately eight (8) Euros, for non-resident Candidates who so wish. A company will be chosen in accordance with the procedures described in this Tender Document and the “Rules for Business Engagement in Financial Cooperation with Developing Countries” available on the website: www.kfw.de.
Offers which will remain valid for ninety (90) days must include “an offer guarantee”, issued by a LEADING BANK or by an INSURANCE COMPANY APPROVED BY THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF FINANCE, for an amount of two hundred and twenty-two thousand (220, 000) CFA Francs, equivalent to approximately three hundred and thirty-six (336) Euros, or an equivalent amount in any other freely convertible currency. NB: The guarantee of the offer is not an administrative document, therefore, its absence or non-compliance will result in the rejection of the offer at the time of evaluation.
