Certificate of origin of goods. A potential supplier must independently purchase raw materials, services, materials, containers, transport and other work related to the provision of related services. The potential supplier must submit a warranty card for maintenance and ensuring performance with a period of at least 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods for all supplied equipment and its components. The supplier undertakes to deliver and return from the repair of equipment at his own expense.
