This Call for Tenders is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Côte d'Ivoire, in particular Ordinance No. 2019-679 of July 24, 2019, establishing the Public Procurement Code and its implementing texts, the Directives for the award of contracts financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) in foreign states from October 2019, as well as to decree 2013-625 of September 04, 2013 on procedures and methods for the execution of expenditure for projects financed from resources of the debt reduction and development contract.
